Midland Gymnastics
From Saturday August 31st Midlands Gymnastics will have a new home in the Soccer complex, Brickfields grounds in Nenagh.
The club have previously been operating in the Lorrha GAA complex for the last twelve months, but due to the high number of enquiries from parents in Nenagh who were interested in the sport, the club decided to locate there as soon as the complex became available.
The clubs head coach is Natasha Chuhai, an Olympic trained coach who studied at the Olympic College of Sport in Grodno, Belarus and attained a Masters in Sport.
Gymnastics offers the complete package for students in terms of physical strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and confidence. It is a popular sport for girls as it provides them with the foundations for a fit and healthy lifestyle. Potential students must join the club by way of a membership fee. This fee covers the student for personal Insurance and also makes them a member of the Gymnastics Association of Ireland. Membership fees are €30 which is a reasonable cost to cover Insurance. Classes are one and a half hours long and represent fantastic value for money.
