Late Pat Conlon.

Many were saddened to hear last Thursday evening  May 23rd when word broke that Pat Conlon of Aglish has passed peacefully away at his home surrounded by his loving daughters, Sylvia, Kathy, Patrica and Deirdre. Pat was well known and loved over a wide area for his broad smile and his kind and gentle manner but he will be remembered by so many for the talent he possessed  as an accordion player. He played in dance halls and dinner dances  pubs and clubs down through the years and all over the county and far beyond. He met so many people and made long and lasting friendships because that was the kind of man he was and his sense of humour captured all hearths.
Pat was predeceased by his wife Agnes and was adored by his grandchildren Chloe, Shaun, Adam, Ben, Dean, Michael and Ana. Sisters Nelly, Kathleen and Christine, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many many friends to whom sympathy is offered.
After funeral Mass in St Michael The Archangel Church, Aglish on Saturday last 25th. Pat was laid to rest in Aglish Cemetery. May he rest in peace.
