A Thief on the Loose.
A thief is visiting the village of Lorrha under darkness and stealing the lovely hanging baskets from outside the graveyard. Two went missing last week and on Saturday night last two more went missing. They are church property and shame on those who are stealing them. Earlier in the season two empty baskets went missing but now the thief has decided to wait until they are in full bloom. A white van was seen in the vicinity shortly before the baskets disappeared. Gardai have been notified.
