Lorrha Development Association unveiled a plaque to parish native Martin O'Meara who fought in WW1. Martin was awarded a V.C. for his bravery on the battle fields of Pozieres, France in 1916. His grandnieces Noreen and Bridget O'Meara along with his grandnephew Bill O'Hara attended.View Gallery
