Comedy for Rathcabbin Stage
Rathcabbin Players stage a two act comedy Nobody’s Talking to Me’ written by Tommy Marren and produced by Marian Frawley from nearby Portumna. The group go on staged in Rathcabbin Hall for six nights in total, beginning this coming Thursday night January 25th to Sunday night 28th and for two nights the following week-end Saturday night February 3rd and Sunday night February 4th. Lorrha under 12 hurling team who beat Drom & Inch in the County semi-final on a score line of Lorrha 1.11 Drom & Inch 1.3. The team that lined out was, Con O’Meara, Fergus O’Donoghue, Lee Hogan, Liam O’Donoghue, Celine Guinan, Rory Duffy, Conor Kennedy, Robert Duffy, Paul Cahalan, Tom Perry, Dermot Houlihan. Subs: John O’Meara for T. Perry (ht), Jake Houlihan for D. Houlihan (ht). We wish the team and management the best of luck in the final which will be played in Dundrum on Sunday August 27th. at 1.00pm. The team would be delighted to see a big support on the day.
