GAA Notes

Mary Lane: It was with great sadness that Lorrha GAA club learned of the passing of Mary Lane, Corrigeen last week.

Mary’s love of the game shone through in her contribution to Lorrha hurling and in her tenure for many years as Treasurer of the club. Her kindness and generosity will never be forgotten. She was a Lorrha hurling woman to the core.

We extend our deepest sympathies to her family, brothers Sean and Jim, sister Deirdre, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and many friends.
