Green Flag Assessment.

Environmental Officer with North Tipperary County Council Ms. Deirdre Cox paid a visit to Scoil Lua Naofa to assess the work in progress by students and staff for the schools first green flag.
After meeting with the green schools committee and asking loads of questions Ms. Cox was pleased by the amount of work carried out while she also impressed upon the pupils the importance of the three R’s = Reduce Reuse Recycle.
Before departing she took a tour around the school and met with all the pupils and staff asking plenty of questions as she went..
Pupils and staff now await the outcome of this assessment….
