Wednesday 25th. Galway hurling manager & Sports Editor of the Connaught Tribune John McIntyre will visit Birr Library to give a lecture on "Reporting Sport" as part of the Birr Library Spring Lecture Series 2009.  John who hails from Portland Lorrha is well known and this should prove to be an interesting topic for anyone interested in sport. Time is 8.00p.m.
